If you don't have time to come in for a treatment until after the holiday season, use the following simple acupressure technique at home in the meantime. Massage your ears (both at the same time is ideal) firmly for about 1-2 minutes using your thumb and index finger, starting at the top of the ear and moving down, so that the ears feel warm and stimulated. Since the ear represents a microcosm of the entire body, this helps to realign the body and mind, and feels incredibly grounding. Done very gently, this can be used to help to soothe a fussy baby!
